Butternut Squash Soup

- 1 Cup Carrots, Diced
- 1 Small Onion, Diced
- 3 Cups Butternut Squash, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Celery, Diced
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
- Salt and Pepper
- 1-2 Drops Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
- 1-2 Drops Cardamom Essential Oil
Prep the vegetables by roasting them at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until they are soft enough to pierce with a fork or knife. In a stock pot, blend all ingredients with a hand blender.
Meatloaf
This is a family favorite and traditional household dinner item that uses your favorite essential oils, basil and oregano!
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, Shredded
- 1 Cup Onion, Minced
- 1/2 Cup Cremini Mushrooms, Chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3 Large Eggs, Beaten
- 2 Lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1-2 Drops Basil Essential Oil
- 1-2 Drops Oregano Essential Oil
- Salt and Pepper
After combining the above ingredients, place them in a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees until the center reads 165 degrees on a thermometer.
Lavender Lemonade
This refreshing and relaxing lemonade with quench your thirst and your anxious feelings on hottest days of the year.
- 1 1/2 Cups Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Water and 1/2 Cup Honey (simple syrup)
- 1-2 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 1-2 Drops Lemon Essential Oil
- 6 Cups Water
On your stovetop, create the simple syrup by combining the water and honey and simmer until the honey melts into the water. Add all ingredients into a pitcher, add some ice, and you’re ready to relax.
Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette
Toss this on your favorite salad for enhanced flavor and health benefits!
- 2 T Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 T Sugar
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
- 2-3 Drops Basil Essential Oil
- 2-3 Drops Lemon Essential Oil
- Salt and Pepper
To make the vinaigrette, combine all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, and store excess in the refrigerator in a bottle.
Lemongrass Dill Summer Dressing

- 3/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/3 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/3 Cup Honey Mustard
- 2 t Dijon Mustard
- 3-4 Drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
- 3-4 Drops Dill Essential Oil
- Salt and Pepper
